Unable to sign in with an existing account.

On the front page I select Sign Up.  She link next to "Already have an Autodesk account?" is not functioning.

Hi @AllenJessup this appears to be a bug, we will investigate the problem. In the meantime, please go to the following URL to create your Autodesk account. You can then access PRAXIS with the same credentials.

 

If you already have an existing Autodesk account, you can use it to access PRAXIS, no need to create/signup for a new account.

OK. It seems I can't sign in using Internet Explorer.

@AllenJessup Please try using Google Chrome browser, in its current state PRAXIS will work best on Chrome. Going forward we have plans to add support for other browsers as well.

Unfortunately our IT has IE as the standard for now.

Since we no longer use the old oxygen login modal so this issue should be resolved now.
