Cutting Metal on Basis of DXF File

On the basis of a design I have made a DXF file. Unfortunately the manufacturer cannot use it as is. Either he gets thick lines, or an image with parts mirrored or a negative image where everything that should be black is white and vice versa. I was unable to attach the DXF file Please see the results. What can I do to this file to get it to provide a correct result. thanks.

@Anonymous

If you have your design as a Model (Not just a Sketch) in Fusion then depending on what Software your manufacturer has is it possible for you to send him a .STEP or .IGES file that he can produce a .DXF file himself to do what looks like 2D profiles if that is what his machine uses?

@Anonymous  How did you create the DXF? Did you create a 2d drawing or did you export a sketch using Save as DXF from the right click menu? Exporting a sketch is usually more reliable when opening in other non autodesk software.

You can attach the DXF if you create a ZIP file and attach the ZIP instead.

Thanks for your reply.

I opened the sketch, clicked DESIGN - DRAWING - From Design - OK - clicked on sheet - OUTPUT - Output sheet as DXF.

Attached you will find a ZIP file of the DXF file.

Your file opens fine in Rhino but the linetype for sketches in Fusion is set to dashed. You would be far better off just right clicking the sketch in the design workspace then selecting Save As DXF.

Here's what I see in Rhino, if you really want to go with the drawing workflow you'll get better results if you extrude a solid rather than using sketches. Using sketches in drawing is only really meant for creating construction geometry.
