Making a drilling program fail generate tool paths

Every time i try to create a drilling program i get this message 

Enabled feature flags: online-system-library setup-sheet-viewer

i have tried several things to try to get it to work it only happens if i have a model sent over to me from other coworkers and recently happened sense the new update but if i create something from scratch it will work any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you share your file? The message you are seeing (setup-sheet viewer) has nothing to do with the issue you are dealing with.

 

File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

I suspect that if you turn on Tool Orientation and select the hole as your Z axis, that will produce a toolpath. There may be some slight misalignment going on

this is just center drilling the holes and still cant create the tool path

This issue is that the holes are not perfectly inline with the actual part. It's such a small value, it's silly:

The solution in this case is to use Tool Orientation to bring them inline. 

 

We created a ticket some time ago to open up the allowable tolerance deviation. I hope to see this solved at some point in the future.

 

And no, the holes aren't all off the same amount. These 5 are in-line with the part, when I use "Select Z and X axis" for the alignment at the Setup level:

seth you are a life saver thank you so much its crazy how that tiny value would mess with drilling but i greatly appreciate all of your help
