I have been struggling over the last few days to get fusion to output g code. I'm not sure what has changed but none of my parts will post even though I have posted them and cut them in the past. The most current part that I am working on I receive the following message when I attempt tp post the code. Strangely there is code when I open the TAP file that is saved by fusion but I don't want to run it with the message that I am given.

Can you post a model that has this problem To attach a file Go to File -> Export and save as a .F3D Archive File and attach it to your next post, if you can not post the file you can PM it to me or say in your next post you can not post the file and one of the Guys that do NDA work will help.

It is fine for me.
What post are you using and is it a generic post?
Have you tried restarting the computer when this happens?

I have tried to re start the computer. I have found that 90% of the time that corrects many issues... it was not helpful in this one however.
I am using a machine produced by Bulkman3D so not exactly a high dollar machine, I use MACH 3, so I chose the Artsoft post process. Am I making a mistake here? Did something change in the last few weeks that I should have known about?
I have tried making new setups and ensuring that they are defined with a ucs. the tool paths show correctly on the simulation and but fails when its time to post. Like I say it will produce code if I open the TAP file after I close the warning window, but I don't trust it.

This happens when there's some sort of error writing to the output. Did anything get written to the output file?

It did write code for the part but I don't trust that it is correct and material is not easy to come by where I live so I did not run it. I have attached it of you think that it may be helpful. (it wouldn't let me upload the TAP file so I copied the info into a txt file.)

Thanks for tagging me @daniel_lyall . It looks to me like this could be a problem with the E drive you're posting to. The 'failed to write output stream' usually occurs if the location you are posting to has some kind of permissions issue or if it gets changed in some way during writing.
Does this also happen if you post process to your local drive and then copy to E?

Interesting This was the issue. It provided code and saved it to the E drive but didn't like it I appreciate all of the help that you guys have given. Thank you and have a great holiday season.
