Using an Asymmetrical Tool for CAM?

I was wondering if it is possible in fusion to use a cutting tool that is not symmetric with respect to the center axis of the spindle in CAM. I have a tool that stays stationary in the spindle with an effective cutting area of the grayed in region (see the image). I've tried using custom tool creation, but the tool paths do not account for the tool not being rotated and I'm left with remaining stock in the direction of the parallel pass (I can only use 2.5D parallel passes using this type of tool obviously). The tool I am using. Effective cutting area is grayed in.The tool I am using. Effective cutting area is grayed in.
