Unexpected movement during a 2D Contour

I created a 2D Contour to cut out a part. When ran a Simulation there was an expected movement at one outside corner; it looked like it was drilling a hole at the point. This was at the retract location. In the toolpath, there was a stack of green arrows at the point. Screenshot attached.

A screenshot is nice, but the actual Fusion file is 100% better. Can you share it?
Right click on the file in the Data Panel and select the "Share Public Link" option, copy and paste the link into your reply.

The other option is to export the .f3d file and attach it to your next reply

What we have here is all as I would expect it to be. The green lines indicate lead in/out moves.

If the desire is for it to start at the top of the part and just continously ramp down, what we want to do is this:

Disable "Multiple Depths" on the Passes tab

Enable "Ramp" on the Linking tab

That will give us this:
