Post edit needed: Z-Home before b-axis movement

Hey guys,

I hijacked this post -> https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/hsm-post-processor-forum/make-machine-go-to-home-safe-position-for-a-... <- in the HSM-Forum but no one really seems to know a solution, so I thougt I'd try my luck here in the Fusion-Forum.

The Problem is the following:

Imagine having a Machine with B/C axis in head/table config. Seems very common for me.

Now you switch your working plane to something like b+90, to work from one of the sides. You have done your work and want to switch to b0 again, but your head is somewhere near the table. If you turn the b-axis now, chances are very high that at least the tool, if not the spindle, will crash with the table.

@Laurens-3DTechDrawhat a solution in the thread I mentioned above, but this does not work with my kinematic, since I have to do a prepositioning with tcp.

Has anyone any idea on how to implement this into a postprocessor? I need to output this for a Heidenhain control...
any help would be much appreciated, cause this is really buggin me...

Thanks in advance and greetings from germany :slightly_smiling_face:
