Greetings,
I've done enough searching around on this forum to become fundamentally convinced that I haz t3h dumb
It's okay though, with your help I'll persevere! In the past I've been able to post working gcode for various machines with F360. Now, I cannot. I think my problem is related to [this topic] but I cannot seem to resolve it.
I'll post my data here but the solution I most value is process related. Obviously, I'm using the tool wrong! Like, fundamentally wrong, probably starting at the sketch level!
I welcome your advice, links, funny stories, memes, etc.
Thank you in advance.

What machine and post processor are you using?
Does your machine have an air blast, like you are calling out in the operation?
Is your post processor set up for such an action?
I suspect that is where your issues are coming from

Yeah, my OtherMill doesn't support coolant at all
attention, is there a better choice for milling out that trench than the
Pencil operation?
Thanks for your help!

Pencil and Parallel are your two options.
Scallop works, but it will likely be wasted motion
