Thanks for posting! First off, while the spindle limit on your Bridgeport may result in slower feedrates, you can certainly still run adaptive clearing on it. I would consider setting up comparable Adaptive and Pocket toolpaths and comparing the machining times - this should help determine which will work better for your needs. With adaptive, the real advantages come in when you can cut at full tool flute length depths.
The Adaptive toolpath in your file is leaving out the lower sections because of the three different selections in the toolpath. There are a number of ways to fix this - I've walked through some in the screencast below.
