Edit Sorry I was looking at the wrong adaptive toolpath, I used the one in setup 3. Now I see the adaptive in setup2 and the tighter tolerance does increase file size so ignore that bit. 

 

Don't assume a tighter tolerance will make a bigger program. If the tolerance is too big arc fitting will not work as well especially on something that is circular.

I reduced the tolerance to 0.0005 and smoothing to 0.0015 and get a smaller program, program comes down from 2380 to 2210 lines.

 

Something else you might want to look at is the minimum chord length and minimum radius, The default of 0.01 can cause problems and I've noticed some of the new posts from autodesk have these set bigger now. The settings are in mm, I'd suggest setting both to 0.1mm
