Y Axis Lathe Keyway w Cutter Comp? How--File Attached

I'm trying to program my first keyway on a lathe with Y axis milling.  I was to be able to use cutter comp and control the width.   It's a .250 wide keyway.  I have it modeled at .252.   My toolpath will not generate if I have "wear" selected.  If I use a smaller endmill it generates or have compensation the control it generates.  I've tried this setting and that.  How do I get this to work.  File attached.

It's your Compensation Radius Allowance in the field above (I've typed what you need to set it to (zero))

This is a field that has bit me in the butt once. And only once. I went through every toolpath and set that value to zero (and saved defaults). It is a good thing "in theory". I hate theory. I prefer practical, actual. It will prevent tools from going into corners that they barely fit into, rather leaving them that amount off the part. It does prevent "chirping", but sometime you have no option....

I had tried making this larger, but not smaller.  Thank you!

@LibertyMachine or anyone else: do you know why the Doosan Mill/Turn post won't post this toolpath.  I get a "Y axis motion is not possible without a Y axis for operation".   I'm just pretty sure this post supports Y axis milling.  Thanks again.

Ok, I changed machine type from Lynx to Puma in the Post Process page and got it.
