Turning Profile Not Model Aware

I am having issues with the second op on a lathe part today. The profile operation is blowing right through a shoulder like it's not model aware. Typically when the profile function is misbehaving it is because I forgot to tick the spun profile box but that is not the case here. Any suggestions?

Could you share the file?

F3D attached...

See Setup2. Setup 3 was an attempt at a work around.

Set your X axis along this line:

I also noted this issue in your attached file. It's starting the profile at the through hole.Capture.JPG

Pointing the X axis at this corner point seems to work,

Hey guys,

I managed to replicate this issue. It seems to be a problem with our spun profile algorithm. We're currently trying to replace it with a better algorithm. I will let you know when I have an update.
