Parallel crash :(

Hi, I just crashed my machine because i get something like this:

But when I click CTRL + 7 I can see this...

4.PNG

What is that? Why it goes so deep? There was a middle plane higher than this.

Can you share your file?

File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

If you can't share the file, I'd be happy to take a look at it privately

Thanks a lot, but I think it is not the real solution for this issue. I also found a solution like this, I mean this operation was made by "create derived operation". If I make this operation from scratch it will work fine.

But I hope someone from Autodesk should check what is the problem, because someone can have a really bad accident on a milling machine. Fortunately I was near the machine and stopped it immediately. I broke only an end mill.

Thank you for sharing the file. We are looking into this issue and will update you as soon as we find a solution.

It looks as though it could be related to the smoothing option (disabling smoothing rectifies the issue)

Apologies for any inconvenience

In addition, leaving Smoothing on and opening up the Tolerance to .015mm also rectifies the issue
