Bottom chamfer on curved surface?
Hi all,
I need to do a bottom chamfer on a 1.5" diameter curved hole. The 1.5" diameter hole meets a 2.5" diameter hole.
Here's a picture showing some of the holes I need the chamfer on. I'm thinking of using an Iscar top / bottom chamfer mill but can't figure out how to get Fusion to follow the inside curve.

I'll take a look at it in the morning, could you share your file, or a sample file with the feature you are looking for?
File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

For this particular job I wouldn't feel right sharing it.
I think I figured it out though........Trace seems to do the trick, but I haven't actually tried it.

Yes, Trace will work, although it is finicky. You could share the file privately if you prefer, I'm always willing to sign an NDA

I quickly made up a separate model. I don't think this one could upset anyone.
I also need to figure out how to nicely finish the radius around the top of the holes. This is in 316SS.
