Hey everyone,
I've been playing with multiple options trying to figure out why this is going on and I need a pair of professional eyes to help. After the first pass on the pocket OP it steps down to the next depth without finishing the other half of that first pass. Then it proceeds to do exactly what I want it to do which is finish each half of that depth before going to the next step down. Any clues would help, cheers.

@Anonymous
Thanks for posting your question to the Fusion 360 CAM board.
Looking at your file, I'm not entirely certain what's causing this, but when I create a new 2D Pocket and leave all the default settings, just selecting the two edges of the pocket to create an open pocket machining operation, and changing the ramping to plunge outside of stock, the operation moves as you want. Also, the Log says it's a linking issue, so start there with your diagnosis.
A trick you might want to try to use to diagnose this a bit further is the Compare and Edit tool. If you select two operations then right click and select Compare and Edit, like the one that is generating well and the one that isn't, then you can see what the settings differences are. Then, by changing them or making them the same as the operation that generates well, you can whittle down to what setting might be causing this.
Have a look at the attached Fusion file and let me know if you have any other questions!

Matthew,
Thanks, I thought I must have been just missing a option to select for sure. I will try the compare and edit more often as I see your logic on it being a good way to narrow down possible bugs. Thanks again! Cheers
