How to create a channel/slot that follows the outline of an existing trace?

Hello,

I am new to Fusion 360, which I am looking to use/learn to use with my hobby CNC machine. So far, I have done the fusion 360 introduction tutorials and created a waste board.

Now, I am looking to make a dust shoe. I have created a trace, with two holes; one for the router and one for the dust collector hose. I also want to make a channel/slot that is 10 mm from the edge of the design that goes all the way around following the outside edge in a complete circle/path. I would like this channel/slot to be 10 mm offset from the edge and as wide as my router bit (6.35 mm) and 5 mm deep. I am not sure how to do this, I have tried searching google but can not find my answer. I have attached my design. Any guidance/advice or links to an appropriate tutorial would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

-Michael
