Aussenkontur rundung bearbeiten bei holz mit schlichtfräser

Hallo zusammen

 

Ich habe ein Bauteil das bearbeiten muss.

Hab das meiste auch hingekriegt, nur berechnet mir fusion 360 meine Aussenkontur nicht bis ganz zum Ende.

Das ist ärgerlich da ich so sehr viel schleifen muss.

 

Ich möchte das der Fräser bis auf die Fläche fährt nach oben. (siehe Bild)

 

Weis jemand wie ich das programmieren muss?

i try in english.

 

this setting i have. 

i have also tested whit "Machining boundary" silhouette, choice and virtuell frame.

and is it always the same problem.

 

you have a other idear?

Are you able to share your f3d design? A couple of thoughts looking at your settings. Rest machining might not be a good idea for a finishing op or you need more clearance, Silhouette + 1mm or more.

One the file menu there's an option to Export, just save as an f3d and attach to this thread.

Your biggest problem was Contact Point  Bounds selected instead of Contact Only. I added another surface to stop the tool path machining in the pocket. As it's only selected in this op under Model it is not seen by the other ops.Clipboard02.png

i dont say, the model are in a hole in my ground of the cnc.

i dont mill on the ground but now i think its good.

i test it now and when is ok, i close this question.
