Error when booting Fusion 360 with NaNeuCAM10.dll

Hello.

I would likt to try fusion 360 but I am encountering a plethora of problems.

First let me start by conveying how disappointed I am with the installer failing to even open and having to install the program from the command line with the --quiet switch...

Now, after the program seems to have updated its self silently, I am getting the following error:

Could not load the addin in ...Applications/CAM360/NaNeuCAM10.dll ...NaNeuCAMUI10.dll

After that, the progam loads and seems to work but i don't particularly like the idea of ignoring the error and eventually hitting a brick wall after hours of work.

Any thoughts? I will try re-installing, witth the command line of course... Is anyone else having this problem?

I am running W7 with all latest updates.

Hi Matt,

Can you elaborate on why you need to run the command line install?

Can you send me your installer log file? On windows this is in \users\<username>\appdata\local\autodesk or on the mac it's in /users/<username>/library/application support/autodesk/logs.

Also, if you'd like I am more than happy to give you a ring and assist in getting you up sooner. If this is better for you please send your contact info and aday/time I can ring you to kevin dot baribault at autodesk.com.

I too have had this error thrown when starting up Fusion360.

I am on Windows 10 on a lenovo thinkpad x240.

However - this error did not happen on the first load of the software. It worked fine first run.

After closing, and the next day, I tried starting the software. The error was displayed:

" Could not load the addin in ..Applications/CAM360/NaNeuCAM10.dll+ " [this message repeated 4 times in dailogue window]

pressing OK still loads the software, but it is buggy. Sometiems the toolbar buttons along the top don't display. but if i rollover with mouse the description appears and they can be 'clicked'

Hi,

Some things to try/check out for the Lenovo issues:

  1. Check to ensure the video driver is up-to-date. Check the manufacturer's website as Windows Update may not have the latest.
  2. In Fusion go to the User menu > Preferences. Change the graphics driver from DX11 to DX9.
  3. In the "?" menu go to Graphics Diagnostics. At the bottom of the dialog check the box marked "Limit all effects...". Close the dialog and see if it helps.

Hi!

The same error...

I had the Fusion 360 lab version, but I switched to the student version, and nothing has worked for me to load the application normally, the same error message ...

At first I thought it was a virus because JVM (Java Virtual Machine) was suddenly missed (dll). Then I format the operating system keeping files. I reinstalled lab version ... Nothing, then the uninstall option was not shown, so I looked for how to do it manually. No luck with the student version.

Also it freezes Windows 10 (SO version). Taking several minutes and then the message shows as next image, although the files do exist.

 Please help!

Thank you in advance!
