4Th axis tool path
Hi Guys, I am Learning Fusion 360 to be ready to start playing on a new Skyfire 5 axis milling machine once it arrives. I am struggling to get 4 axis tool paths on the model that I have attached, Firstly I would like to machine the outside but cannot find a suitable tool path, I have played with wrapped paths in pockets OK but how would you apply one to this?

It looks like you want a "3D wrapped" toolpath, which is not currently technically available in Fusion. If your machine is going to be 5-axis, why bother with doing it in 4? At any rate I'll play with it later and see what I can come up with, but I doubt it'll post with a 4th axis only.

Well, Multi-Axis Flow gets really close to a 4th axis toolpath on the conical face:
But it also gets really wonky trying to do the radius:
Maybe @fonsecr could take a look and see why this is happening.
File is attached.

It might be due to the curvature of the tool being close to the curvature of the inner fillet. That will certainly always be tough to handle - due to the tool hitting the faces of the triangulated fillet. But we still need to try to improve the quality.
