Hello,
I am milling a pocket that is a lot like a slot. In the past I have been able to adjust the tool offset diameter at the machine to increase the width of the pocket. This particular post when I change the diameter offset on the machine nothing changes. I even made the error of not pre setting the offset to the diameter of the end mill being used. Normally that would have resulted in an oversize or undersize pocket.
What am I missing?
Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for posting. Are you able to share the model you are using? I would assume this is an issue with the compensation type that is selected
Cheers

thanks for the reply. The easiest way is to export the file as a Fusion 360 archive file. To do this, choose the export option from the Fusion file menu as shown below:
Once the export is complete, simply add it as an attachment to your reply ![]()

Thank you for the help. The mention of the compensation type was enough and I figured it out.
