While I have you here, can you create some content on the following topic:
I sometimes need to do a second operation on a part, and need to set the part in a different set-up.
A different set up, or a new set-up.
I would like to see how you would handle the problem, of precisely placing the part in reference to the coordinate system of the machine.
Said differently, how would you make sure the part is where it is supposed to be, so the cutting is done where it needs to be...
In traditional machining, you do a series touch-off, and set the reference axis to zero and go from there.
How do you do this on the Pocket NC, when your computer is not connected to the machine?
