Fusion360 post processors for 4th axis

Morning and happy "4th" of July,

I have been trying to get F360 to post out to my 4th axis equip. Tormach 1100 with a super spacer 8 inch(right side of table).

I have cloud enabled and have downloaded the latest post processors for using Tormach rotary axis and smart cool.

I keep getting these errors( see Pics)

The only thing I changed was the rotory axis to yes??

Thanks

Kelly

in the pre post diag the bit you set to yes you set it to what's in the second pick ever x or -x for the 4th along the x axis or y, -y for along the y axis

Hi Daniel,

Forgive me but I have read your response a few times trying to make sense of it but I'm not :slightly_smiling_face:

Can you explain to me in terms to someone who has pretty much no clue about post processors.

I read this post (  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-computer-aided/tormach-4th-axis-and-post-processor/m-p/666... ) and tried to change the setting but my post appears different for some reason.

Thanks for your help:)

That post is out of date you will need to use the new tormach post found here http://cam.autodesk.com/posts/

If you have your 4th axis sitting on the right side of your machine pointing to your left you use X or -X if it's on the right pointing at you you use Y or -Y.

The bit circled in the pick is what is needed to be set, not Yes if you have no need to output 4th axis code you set it to none.

What the arrow is pointing to needs to be X or -X for the 4th axis on the X axis, Y or -Y for the 4th axis on the Y axis and Z or -Z if it's pointing at the Z axis

Is the 4th axis on your machine like this pick
