Unless you need things to be different for the different contours, (such as feedrates, etch mode, leadin/leadout), put it all in the same operation.

 

I do 95% of my work in the same operation.  I think that the next release will support selecting by faces to get all the loops in a face in the operation with one click. 

 

Both Inventor and Fusion support machining multiple parts in the same setup, so you can arrange parts as you want to cut them from a sheet and create a program to cut the entire sheet.  I've been doing that a lot.  We are talking about functionality to automatically select all the profiles in all the parts.

 

You can select multiple entry points in the waterjet operation.  With entry points, right now in the waterjet/laser/plasma cutting (WPLC) operation (likely will change) each profile will start at the point closest to one of the entry points.  But we are trying to be more automatic, and aviod selecting entry points for each profile (remember we are cutting lots of parts from a sheet of material).
