Hi,
In the attached file there is a 4.050" pocket, to take a shallow box. When I actually cut it I get about 3.80" and I cant figure out why, the smaller thru pocket is also too small. I think my problem is in Fusion and no doubt there is a setting I have wrong. Could someone have a look at it? I need to get my bathroom finished, or else!

Everything in Fusion looks fine. What sort of machine is it and are you sure it's cutting everything else to size? If you're really getting 3.8" from a 4.05" pocket that's a big deal, losing 1/4" over the diameter. You haven't got any compensation set (only pops up if you select a finish pass) so there's nothing there that should be affecting your code.

I am running Linux CNC. I have not had this problem before and after this. I will check the settings again, must have missed something. Thanks.
