How to copy CAM settings

I saw in one of the YouTube CAM training videos that you can copy CAM setting to other geometry on a part.  But I don't remember how to do it and I don't want to watch all the CAM videos all over again.  I have some text I'm engaving.  I setup a 2D pocket for one group of text.  Now I want to create another 2D pocket operation for another group of text.  I'd like to just select the new geometry, then copy the 2D pocket setting from my first group of text to the new group.  I've got four 2D pocket operations defined, the one named "Alarm Off" has the settings I want to use.  How do I copy my settings to the other 2D pockets?

Here's my model:

Also, how do I get rid of the warning: "Lifting feed plane to topmost ramp."

BTW - My design isn't very complex, but Fusion seems to be struggling with it.  Some operations run really slow.
