Me too. Unable to connect a couple of hours now. When starting the app I am prompted for username and password, then prompted again (although no error message is shown the first time) and then the app starts but with "No user logged in" shown in the top right corner.

Hello,
It's a known widespread service issue.
There is workaround to force Fusion into offline mode by physically disconnecting the computer from the internet.
As advised here by Jan Priban::

working in stanalone modus is an option ...
But ... still no acces to my files ![]()
Any other way to get things working ?????
