Startup license for hobbyists

I would like to know if there is a startup like license for hobbyists to access advanced capabilities like tool changes in cam that is renewable and how to acquire?

There is a "Startup" license process, but there are specific criteria to be met

If this assortment of criteria does not apply to you, then you can either go with the Personal License (which doesn't allow for tool changes or rapids) or the (paid) Commercial License.

Not really.  But it is what it is. It would be nice to see a startup like license for hobbyists that need more functionality that would be more affordable than a commercial license.  Maybe take the suggestion to your sales team.

The license tiers are not likely to be changing in the foreseeable future, and your request has been made by other folk who are in your shoes. As you say; "it is what it is", sorry to say.
