FLOW disrespecting stepover sizes
the .03 ID was derived from the .25 toolpath. It's now doing ~.025" stepovers!

New Flow I assume? Can you replicate this in a sample part and share that here? Or, send me a private message with the A360 link and I'll download it and investigate

I think I saw similar behavior on a part I was working on in January, and posted here to request help. The toolpath using New Flow and Spiral also did not seem to respond to changes in stepover, unless the stepover was too big, then the toolpath failed. Otherwise changing the stepover didn't seem to significantly alter the number of passes.
