Creating this thread in design is actually quite difficult, I was able to come up with a very close approximation in the attached file.
You cant get it perfectly round on the top of the thread as that would cause issues with the sweep intersecting.
So I have made the major Diameter 23.99mm instead which leaves a tiny flat.
This isn't really that important anyway as its not a functional part of the thread.
I have to thank Mark @HughesTooling for several examples hes done in the past on how to do it.
I was quite surprised to find that Fusion doesn't have a helical cut type function.
You can program the thread in Fusion, but you cant define the insert correctly so the simulation will be bad, but the code will be correct
