3d Machining on nested part

Hi everyone,  I'm new to Fusion and slowly learning how to use the software.  I've ran into an issue and can't tell if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a limitation in Fusion.

I'm trying to machine an angled edge of a part with the parallel command.  It works fine when I do a setup on the individual part like this:

The problem is trying to do the same thing on the same part after it is nested, I get this:

For some reason, it's machining flat on the top of the stock instead of the selected angled face.

I'm sure there is something I'm missing.  I've attached the .f3d part, but it is just a simple rectangle with an angle on one side.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks,

Steve F.
