Upload for STP and IPT does not work

Hi,

can someone please help us out. We have a super urgent Maschine to build and Fusion stopped processing uploaded files. We can not upload new STP and IPT.

We do our CAM with Fusion, so we can not produce parts and our machines stand idle!

We tried so far:

Uploading as IPT or STP from fusion.

Result: the upload bar stops at 50%. we can not cancel. the files does never appear.

Upload via WebPortal:

The files are uploaded, but can not be opened with fusion (Fusion crashes)

Restart Fusion and the Computer multiple times.

Upload from a different Computer as a different user - same result!

We need an urgent solution. We can not have our company stand still!!!

Thanks for the help.

Cheers

Jan

My software is currently completely frozen trying to dimension a sketched line, so will be great to lose my progress when the software is closed...

@jmXFWVS We are aware of this degrade in the service and this is being worked on as the highest priority. You can follow the status in https://health.autodesk.com/

@jmXFWVS For now please use File - Open - and that should work and you can then save the file.

File-Open is not working on .step, .xt or Solidworks files as of 2PM Pacific time.  The files just hang at 50% of processing.

@leo.castellon We have addressed the root issue. Any NEW uploads should be successful now. Older upload in the queue will likely "fail" or take longer to complete.

Can you please try to upload again and see if that works for you?

Step files open, but .XT and Solidworks files are still hanging. In order to open the files I needed, I used Solidworks and saved the file as a step file, and then it opened right away.

@leo.castellon All new uploads for all formats should be functional now.
