Fusion 360 does not run well after update

I dont know what the developers did to the software after the most recent update (may '22 )  but the software runs like crap now. especially while in sketches and in the tool library even.  3d connexion spacemouse also does not run as smooth which seems, again, to be because of fusion360.   Is anyone else experiencing this? My PC is a good setup as well,  GTX 2070 GPU, I7 7900K CPU, 16 GB RAM

same here

@jeff2HS8X @CRANDALLPRECISION Is there a specific workflow that you are seeing a slow down in regarding the tool library - Edit tool/Manage tool/Select tool etc?

Do you have Cloud libraries enabled?

Do you have large libraries like Harvey tools?

Any additional information would help us to find the root cause.

Thanks

Yes I have large library's like Harvey  and usually run off my cloud library so I have the most up to date tools on whatever computer I am running. I am not running out of any of the Harvey libraries for this part however.

Thanks for sharing your model. I opened it up, and don't perceive anything that I would consider sluggish with the model open. Maybe there's something else in your environment -- e.g., in your libraries -- that are interfering with normal behavior, hard to say.

Are you able to share a screencast/video to show what you are doing and seeing?

Thanks, and sorry I don't have anything more concrete to suggest.

Lol I would but I had closed Solidworks in the mean time and it is running much faster now. The programs must of been battling for resources is my guess. I had restarted computer ect. but always had the other program running in the background. I am happy to accept that solution and thanks for the help.

I agree with the poster's sentiment. I also posted about the Sketch environment having issues that was subsequently dismissed. And in my tool library it repeatedly shows a "crash" page with a spilled coffee cup cartoon when I try to go to the Holder tab, but only on a certain computer.

Just an FYI @perspicax and anyone else who might be experiencing it, the holder tab bug is known and there is a workaround documented in this thread until we can get a solution out
