Continue the cut on another process

hi, i want to use a bigger mill(for time saving) for the inner square and then finish the borders of the square with the 3mm mill.

Okay, so what's your question?

If you have an accurate means of locating the part between Setups, this should be no issue. Where are you getting "hung up" on?

ok, in the first pocket process i want to use a big mill to save time, but if i use a big mill the corners radius will be bigger.
i want to know how to do a second process with a smaller mill only for the corners radius.

OH! I took the "bigger mill" to mean an actually bigger machine. It was a case of terminology, you mean to say "bigger endmill"

Turn on Rest Machining, define the size of the prior tool:

ohh ok thank you for the correction, i do the rest machining but its throwing me a warning. i attach the file for you to see it.

You are now using a 6mm endmill, but you have Rest Machining turned on, with 6mm defined. What you need is:
1: Pocket toolpath, 6mm endmill

2) Pocket toolpath, 3.175mm (.125) endmill, Rest Machining turned on, 6mm endmill defined as the "Tool Diameter"
