Is your stock fixed to a table that is at 90 degrees to the 4th axis, so it can rotate say 90 degrees forward and back around the X axis then the suggestion below might work.

 

Without the Fusion file it is very difficult to describe a strategy never mind test some, for basics you can rough out using the 3D Adaptive Toolpath for the majority of the material removal, then, if there are some small areas that would leave any thick areas you can "Rest Machine" those out using a smaller tool.

To do the 3D curved shape finish probably the "Blend" toolpath should do that.

For the grooves at the end they are easy, simple 2D Contours or 2D Pocket and use the "Wrapped" Option.

 

If you upload the Fusion file by going to :-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save the file to a location on your computer > Then using the "Attachments" facility at the bottom of your reply upload the file.

 

You will get much better and more responses by providing a file to work with, if it is a propriety design then there are Autodesk employees who will do it for you as NDA job.
