CAM for a ramp surface.

Is there a way to easily CNC this surface?  Parallel path seems like the best option but it will leave a little material in the corners.

Hi.  I'm assuming you want to do this in a 3-axis setup with the bottom of  your part parallel to the table.  Other than using a surfacing toolpath with a spherical tool, I can't think of a way to do this and generate your perfectly sharp corners.  But, you could set this up in a sine vise similar to this:

Another option would be to undercut the corners.  Then, you would have clearance for the radius of your ball mill.

Use 3D adaptive to clear it out with tool containment set to tool outside boundary with additional offset set to .2 or there about then use the parallel and the traces toolpath to finish the part.
