You can set the cutting height in the heights tab as mentioned below
But the problem will be your pierce height will get offset by this value.
to avoid that, say if your pierce height is 3.8 and cutting height is 1.5 then in fusion you need to set the height 1.5 in the heights tab and for pierce height you need to enter 2.3 (3.8 - 1.5) in the post processor dialog.
I agree that there is still some space to improvement in the post processor as well i will log a ticket and will find a more better solution. But this works as well
