Our round collars on round fittings are developing 3" longer than they should be. Our round collars on rectangular fittings are coming out the correct length. Is there a setting that would be making the round fittings collars develop with the 3 extra inches? The connector we are using is the same for both the rectangular and round fittings, so I am assuming it wouldn't be a connector setting.

Collars for circ and rect are in different libraries so they do not work the same.
try changing the connector to none, does that make it the correct length?
if yes then the body allowance for the circ collar must be 3" if its adding 3" to the part
In order to change that, go to database settings as per screenshot below and change it to whatever you want the extension to be.

Thank you for the response! I just discovered that the connector body allowance was being added to the connector's extension in the breakpoints. I set the body allowance to zero and the collar development looks correct.
