Thanks for your response.  Since I posted this, I was able to do the following:

• Figure out the flange-in issue by changing the D.Line 1 breakpoint.
• As for the TDF, the allowances are the same as TDC, so just copied and renamed the connector in CAMDuct. 
• I haven't had time to sit down and work out the services in CAMDuct, but I think I've got what I need to move forward.   
• I tried to sign up for xtracad a few days ago but was rejected because I don't have a work e-mail address.
