Thanks for sharing: I opened your file in plain AutoCAD 2023 and 2024 (I do not have FAB installed) and inserted additional copies of your blocks. No FAB prompt kicked on or much of anything else.
Inserted a few of my own blocks, nothing.
Started a new file, copy/pasted your blocks into this file, nothing.
Used ADCENTER to drag/drop your blocks into yet another new DWG file in 2024.Nothing.
Created a custom TP from your DWG file, dragged/dropped each of the two blocks into yet another new DWG file. Nothing.
I'm going to guess your post needs to move to the FABCADMEP forum to see if fellow FCM users like you can see this issue and replicate it.
