I don't do that, and I'm running plain 2024 too, so there is a possible trigger for what you see.

Doesn't do that or me in 2022 nor 2023 (nor 2024) either. But again, I do not have FAB installed, I don't open my files in that variant, and I do not open blocks from there either.

Do this: drop a few of those blocks in your video into a new DWG file created from scratch in only plain AutoCAD2024, if the problem shows up, share that DWG file here with that content in it.

If that issue never appears, open this same test file in FAB, do whatever you normally do there, QSAVE it in FAB, open it in plain2024 and see if the problem reappears. If it does, share this file here for others to examine.
