Autodesk Fabrication CADmep is in C#. There is also a scripting language that can be used if modeling within AutoCAD. If your in Revit then you can use either C# or visual basic.

I'm thinking most of Fabrication in C++ not C#. It's just too old and was never updated. There's likely some .Net scattered in there but I'd bet the bulk is C++.
