In the Database settings go to Takeoff> CAD Settings> Annotation. The "Text Style" under each section should match the Text Style you have created with in the annotation tab in the ribbon. I created a company standard that I use in every drawing I create. One thing I found is that the titles have to match exactly ( including punctuation) in order to work correctly. Once you create a standard, you can make changes to the text style with in annotation tab and not the database. Hope this helps.
