Hi, we're new to this so please excuse the terminology.
We have just moved across from a demo of CAMduct where all graphical images were printed from worksheet reports, but now the same reports print without any images. They are showing in the print preview however. We've tried all sorts of settings without success. Can anyone help with this?? Thanks in advance.

Ok, so it seems that a windows update is responsible for the issues and that removing the KB5000808 & 802 resolves the issue. Has anyone managed to remove these KBs?

Thanks Mike. 802 doesn’t appear to be installed but 808 is. There is no option to uninstall it from the windows update history, we’ve also tried wusa command prompt but no joy there either.
does anyone know if there are tools that will enable us to remove it?

Hi
If you go to windows update and view update history
there should be an option to uninstall updates at the top of the page
select this and click the update you want to remove
on my home PC it was update KB5000802
on my work PC it was update KB5000808
removing these fixed the issue on both machines
hope that helps
Thanks

Thanks everyone for your valued input. We are now back up and running.
It seems that we had an issue with an incomplete update, so having re-installed the major update it then allowed us to remove the offending KBs. Hopefully Microsoft will release a patch in the next few days.

As per Darren Young's post, rolling back the last update, restarting computer, gave me back the OPUS Print capabilities.
Thank You forum helpers!
