Navisworks 2020 does not recognize / utilize installed CADmep Object Enabler

I recently installed the CADmep Object Enabler (2020) to process certain CAD files from a client in Navisworks (2020). Despite multiple re-installs, Navisworks fails to utilize the object enabler so the model components from the CAD file appear as wireframe blocks (see image below). Please advise.

This must be an issue with your build. I have Navisworks manage 2020 and do not have any issues with CADMep or Fabrication parts within Revit. I can also add that I do not have the object enabler installed to view these items.

Check out "Autodesk Clean Unistall" and see if that fixes your problem.
