Thanks for your response Craig. I went back thru and corrected the insulation side and now the duct behaves as it should except for when I want a setdown connector.

I've attached two snips showing the connector and what it looks like.

I found the insulation double wall unticked but no response when ticking and adding a neg extension.

Ideas ?
