I need some insight please!

I run the Hypertherm edge pro ti system and I have been getting into some larger cuts. As my program grows it will cut the shape larger than programmed i;e (program/cut) (12'/12'1/4")-(187"/187 9/16"). I have been through my settings and i have tried to change certain options that I think would help but to no avail. Any thoughts?

So, the part cut is larger than the part you programmed?

You may have too small a kerf value or the machine needs to be recalibrated.

Is the size equally off on both directions or different? If it's different, than the machine needs to be recalibrated. One of the setup screens allows you to make adjustments for how for the machine moves given a configured input.
