I've tagged a drawing with sizes in paperspace and have now brought that drawing into a host drawing as an XREF. The host drawing has two versions of this XREF, one in the original position and one that is rotated 180 degrees. The rotated version shows the size tags upside down and rotated along with the objects in the XREF. 

Is there a way to have the "Default Alignment" setting in annotation of the host drawing apply to annotation made in an XREF so that all of the tags align with the current view of the host drawing? I've attached a snapshot of the issue.
