Hi @clomedico,
Generally speaking, you will not feel much difference between 2019 and 2020. Over the past year, the team has focused mainly on improving existing bugs, adding a few new features, and developing Fabrication for Revit. I wrote to the Product Manager asking for a more detailed list. As soon as I receive a response from him I will make a new post in this thread.
Thanks for asking!

Nothing.
Aside from a couple things on the Revit side, nothing was done to CADmep, ESTmep or CAMduct.
There were a few defect fixes but the vast majority of defects in the products were not addressed.

On the Revit side this is a full list of Enhancements and Issues Resolved: Revit 2020 Release Notes. There are a few references to MEP Fabrication. We are waiting for a similar note concerning Fabrication.

Hi @clomedico again,
I have just been informed that the highly expected release notes have just been published for Fabrication 2020. For the 2020 version, it was mainly bug fixing and improving the performance of the program itself rather than adding new functionalities. Please have a look:
If you have any further questions, please let me know, thanks!
