Creating a new Oval Part for Fabrication MEP to also use in Revit

I am using a Main Round duct that i need to tap an oval duct into. Is there a CID for a shoe or conical saddle for oval into round duct? Is it possible to get you all to create a block for that if there is a CID for it? Also what about adding a manual damper on the ovals? Is there a way to add that all to be used in Revit? This is all in Fabrication MEP and Revit 2018.

Use CID 118. There is lists of the different CID patterns and what it allows for options. I would recommend looking those up.
