Copy one of the ITM content items that most closely resembles what you need (minus the angel). Edit the ITM in the Folders view of CADmep or ESTmep. 

You'll want to remove the Angle field from the product list so that you can edit it upon placement based on what you need.

You may also want to remove thew "Rungs" quantity field from the product list as well so you can edit those as well. Any other items you want editable, make sure you remove from the product list. 

You'll also want to edit the product list name so it more accurately reflects what's being used.
